This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of commerce. retail, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 3/2014, of March 27. 1. Prices
The current prices that appear on the website at the time of placing the order will apply.
All prices are including VAT. In any case, you are informed that our online store is dedicated to consumers. If you represent a company, keep in mind that you must request an invoice with VAT so that as a company, you can claim the VAT amount.
Prices may be reviewed and modified at any time if conditions require it. In any case, the prices reflected at the time of purchase by the user will not be modified and will be fully applicable.
Likewise, and unless notified, shipping costs, if any, will be included in the price.
2. Purchase procedure
You must select the items that interest you by informing the number of units and “clicking” on the “buy” button to add them to your "Cart", whose icon appears at the top of the Website.

3. Payment Systems

Payment of the price of the products will be made through:

• Additionally, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). This way, if you are the holder of a “secured” card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store.
• In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the card. your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

4. Purchase receipt
Every time the company receives an order, a confirmation email is sent with all the information about your order (order number, estimated delivery date, complete delivery data, products purchased, units, prices, total payment, etc.) within 24 hours of receipt.
We advise you to check that everything is correct, if you detect any anomaly, contact us so we can modify it. If you do not receive the document immediately check your spam folder. You can also download it in your order history in your customer account on the website.
The receipt will contain, among other information, your order number. We advise you to save it and indicate it to us in all queries you make to us. With it we can locate your data in our system quickly.
All shipping options are subject to availability. If, for any reason, the products in your order are not available or are unduly delayed, we will offer you other options that suit your needs or cancel the order and refund your money.
5. Modification of orders

6. Shipping methods, deadlines and transportation.

Unless otherwise agreed and as long as there is availability, you will receive your order within the following deadlines by the transport company.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on weekends or on local holidays in Madrid or national holidays in Spain, will be deemed to have been placed on the immediately following business day.
All orders with the WAREHOUSE PICKUP method have a preparation process of approximately 12 business hours. The customer will receive an email indicating that their order is now ready for collection. You will have 14 business days to withdraw it. After this time it is considered that you have waived your collection and will not accept any return of your purchase.
In the event that your shipment is returned to the sender for reasons beyond the control of ILIADIS Madrid, you will have a period of 7 days to resolve the situation before considering your order as waived. If you require a new shipment of your order, you will have to pay twice the shipping cost you paid. If you want to return products that accept it, the shipping costs that you paid will be subtracted from the cost of returning your order.
Items that did not require any manipulation when preparing the order will be accepted for return within a maximum period of 15 days.

Return transportation costs must be assumed by the customer.
The credit will be made to your account depending on the payment method used (bank transfer, credit card or PayPal). If, for reasons beyond the control of ILIADIS Madrid, the package is returned to sender by the transport agency, the customer will have a period of seven calendar days to contact us to resolve the incident.
To avoid errors, we recommend checking your shopping cart before shipping.
Transport: On our website you will have the status of your order updated with periodic updates so that you can check the status of your order or, we will send you a tracking number for your order so that you can check the status of your order. through the logistics platform.
7. Cancellations and Returns.
You have seven (7) calendar days from delivery to the address indicated by the client (by virtue of the provisions of articles 68 et seq. of Royal Decree 1/2007 - according to the wording given by Law 3/2014 - ) to inform us that you exercise this right, provided that the product has not been used and is in perfect condition as you received it, with its original labels and packaging.
The exercise of this right will be carried out without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons, although the client must bear the direct cost of returning the order to ILIADIS Madrid.
To formalize the right of withdrawal, you must contact JOSÉ MOJARRO SANCHIDRIÁN, at the address ILIADISMADRID@HOTMAIL.COM, sending a completed withdrawal form that accompanies these Terms and Conditions or sending a reliable communication instead. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer and must occur within seven (7) calendar days following the date on which the customer informed.
The refund of amounts paid will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the client has informed of his decision to withdraw.
7.1. Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of article 103 of the TRLGDCYU, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
a) The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the employer, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
b) The supply of goods in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
7.2. Return defective products. Where you have purchased Products as a consumer, you also have legal rights under EU regulations and our national laws covering the sale of faulty or non-conforming products. These rights (including the right to repair, replacement or price refund in certain situations) apply to all consumers during the official warranty period established by law (one year on seams and hardware).

8. Commercial guarantee.
We guarantee that we will deliver products that comply with the contract, that is, that they conform to the description made and have the qualities of the product that has been presented and we will respond with respect to any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product. .
In the event that any product is defective, we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace or terminate the contract, the procedures being free of charge for the customer.
